Privacy Policy
Short version: PrintDesk3D runs in your browser and works fully offline. An account is optional — only then is your data backed up to the cloud (EU) and synced across devices.
Data controller

What data we process
Without an account: your data (settings, inventory, jobs, clients, products) stays only in your browser’s local storage — nothing is sent to us. With an account: your e-mail address, and a copy of the data above, are stored in our cloud database so you can sync across devices. Any personal data you enter about your own customers (e.g. names on orders) is stored as part of that data.
Purposes & legal basis
We process your e-mail and data to provide the account and sync service you asked for (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) — performance of a service). We keep the service secure and prevent abuse on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who processes the data
We use trusted providers who process data only on our behalf: Supabase (cloud database & login, hosted in the EU), Google (only if you choose “Sign in with Google”), and Brevo (sending account e-mails such as password resets). Cloud data is stored in the European Union.
How long we keep it
Cloud data is kept for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your account and its cloud data are permanently removed. Data held only locally in your browser stays until you clear it or reset the app.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and export your data, and to object to processing. You can delete your whole account (and its data) anytime on the Account page, or export a backup in Settings. To exercise any right, e-mail kontakt@printdesk3d.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Poland: UODO).
Data about your customers
If you enter personal data about your own customers, you are the controller of that data and PrintDesk3D processes it on your behalf. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store it and for informing your customers.
Cookies & tracking
The app sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Logging in stores a technical session token in your browser’s local storage — strictly necessary to keep you signed in. We use no third-party analytics or ad trackers.
